When we have received your reservation, we will send you a booking confirmation. If the room type you have requested is already fully booked, we will automatically send you an alternative booking confirmation. If the reservation is cancelled, the charges (as a percentage of the total booking/reservation costs) are as follows: from 1.09. until 1.10.09 50%, from 2.10.09 until the day of arrival 100%.

Swiss Law applies for the purposes of this contract. The court of jurisdiction for any disputes is Moutier/BE.
